  • Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

    All services are by appointment only. This allows us to assign the right technician and arrive prepared to diagnose your appliance efficiently.

  • What appliances do you repair?

    We repair most major household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, stoves, cooktops, dishwashers, ice makers, washers, dryers, and HVAC systems.

  • Do you service all appliance brands?

    Yes. Our technicians are factory-authorized and trained to work on most major appliance brands and models, both newer and older units.

  • How does your diagnostic fee work?

    We charge an $89 diagnostic fee to inspect your appliance and identify the issue. If you move forward with the repair, that fee is waived.

  • Will I get a price before any work is done?

    Absolutely. You’ll receive a clear repair estimate after the diagnosis and before any repairs begin, so there are no surprises.

  • How soon can you come out?

    With multiple technicians covering South Metro Atlanta, we often offer same-day or next-day appointments, depending on availability.

  • Do you carry parts with you?

    Our technicians have access to specialized parts and inventory systems, allowing many repairs to be completed on the first visit.

  • What if my appliance can’t be fixed on the first visit?

    If additional parts are needed, we’ll explain the next steps clearly and return as quickly as possible to complete the repair.

  • Are your repairs guaranteed?

    Yes. All repairs are guaranteed, and we stand behind our workmanship for your peace of mind.

  • What should I do before the technician arrives?

    Please clear the area around the appliance and make sure it’s accessible. If possible, have the model number handy.

  • Do you offer HVAC repair as well?

    Yes. We provide heating and cooling repair services in addition to appliance repair.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash and major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

  • Do you sell appliance parts for DIY repairs?

    Yes. We offer access to original appliance parts for customers who prefer to handle repairs themselves.
